Training is a key component to our business success at BURGER KING® and a critical time for training is before a restaurant opens. The BURGER KING® training system is a structured and well planned programme that will allow you and your team to be knowledgeable and confident and therefore prepared to serve guests to the highest standards from day one.
Every BURGER KING® franchisee will have successfully completed our training programme before they are allowed to operate one of our restaurants. The timeframes vary dependant on the position however we expect a minimum of 15 weeks on-job and off-job training to be completed for each member of the management team.
You are not charged for the training, which is normally carried out at a local training restaurant however you will be expected to fund yourself and your team for normal living expenses including commuting and accommodation costs.
