Burger King International* states that Israel is an important market
for Burger King and we are committed to doing business in Israel. Burger
King is evaluating several business options in the market place and is
talking to various business groups. It is Burger King’s keen intention
to select the company that is financially sound and most appropriate in
view of our high standards.
In the meantime, Burger King will support the trustee in every way possible,
so that Israeli consumers, who have proven loyalty to our brand for the
past 10 years, can continue to do so.
Burger King has achieved significant growth across the International
region with strong sales growth and has been continuously opening new
restaurants, now totalling at an excess of over 2950 across the region
(53 % increase in 4 years). Further significant expansion plans are taking
place in line with our business goal to deliver customer satisfaction
whilst achieving individual restaurant profitability.
