October 19, 2004 - It’s a tidal wave of fun at BURGER KING® this autumn
in celebration of the launch of the new underwater animation, Shark Tale!
As part of a promotional alliance with DreamWorks®, BURGER KING® will
offer customers one of its most ‘fin-tastic’ Kids and Family promotions
ever! From October 8th until 18th November, one of seven exciting Shark
Tale toys will be available with any Kids Meal purchase, in time for the
highly anticipated release of the film on October 15th 2004.
The collection captures all the ‘Great White’ excitement of the film
through a series of multi-function, interactive toys that swim, dance,
light up, float, race, and chomp! Alex Cacouris, BURGER KING® Kids Marketing
Manager UK and Eire, said, “BURGER KING® is delighted to bring Shark Tale
mania to our restaurants. Shark Tale is an underwater adventure the whole
family can enjoy and we hope to re-create that experience with our exciting
collection of Shark Tale toys, from Moving and Grooving Angie to Jabbering
Jaw Oscar!”
Adding extra ‘fin-esse’ to the promotion, participating BURGER KING®
restaurants are giving fans of the fishy adventure the chance to see underwater
life up close! With every BURGER KING® Kids Meal, customers will receive
a free entry voucher redeemable at Sea Life Centres or Sanctuaries*.
