LONDON, November 23, 2004 – A massive music giveaway is about to begin
at BURGER KING® restaurants throughout the Great Britain! From 1st December
2004, BURGER® KING and partner Coca-Cola will offer a free music download
from www.mycokemusic.com.
The offer will be available at participating restaurants with the purchase
of any TenderCrisp™ or WHOPPER® Meal Deal. Customers will be able
to peal back a panel on their drink cup to reveal a unique code that will
allow them to download a track of their choice totally free of charge (normal
cost is £0.80 per track). The site will offer a catalogue of over
400,000 songs across a wide range of music types. Customers will be able
to redeem their codes until 31st January 2005.

explains “We recently launched the You’re the Boss campaign
based around our Have It Your Way™ philosophy which allows our guests
to customize their orders. Everyone has different tastes in music and this
promotion reinforces the idea that at BURGER KING® customers are treated
as individuals..”
The BURGER KING® www.mycokemusic.com free download promotion will be
supported by an integrated campaign that will include point of sale in-restaurant;
online advertising via a selection of music sites including Kiss, Q, Kerrang,
Aloud, yahoo and msn; promotional tags on the TV ads and an html email to
the existing mycokemusic database. The promotion has been developed by BURGER
KING ®’s integrated marketing agency DLKW Dialogue.
